 User GuidesThese documents can be lengthy and somewhat technical. A user guide generally explains how features are utilized on a given piece of equipment. A good example is a telephone user guide which would explain all the buttons and features of that telephone and how those features are programmed or accessed. Please remember that certain telephones can be used on a variety of telephone systems, and that your system may not be equipped with every feature that the telephone itself might support. These documents are used by both installers and our end-users. Quick Start or Pocket GuidesThese documents are generally shorter and represent the main features or functionality of a given product. A good example would be a Pocket Guide for one of our messaging systems which is appropriate keep handy until you become familiar with the keystrokes and menus of the voice mail system. Pocket guides are not available for every product.
